vp Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between vp and the user of its platform. By using vp's website, mobile application and all related services, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms are written for users in Bangladesh. Alongside reading these Terms, you are also requested to read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, as these documents also form part of your relationship with vp.

vp reserves the right to change these Terms in part or in full at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use vp's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. We do not allow minors to take part in any gambling or betting activities.
• You must reside in an area where using online betting services falls within your personal responsibility.
• You must bet in your own name and with your own funds; betting on behalf of others or as part of a professional syndicate is prohibited.
• If any third party takes a commission from you to place bets, this will be considered a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access vp's services, you must first open a personal account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts — even under different names or identity documents — all accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number and payment account details provided at registration must all belong to the same person. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the vp support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Four mobile financial services are available for transactions on vp: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.2 Identity Verification

The mobile wallet account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name used to register the account. Transactions from a wallet in a different name may be cancelled.

4.3 Third-Party Funds

Depositing from or withdrawing to another person's mobile wallet is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be placed under investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

vp offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Bonuses

• vp Weekly Reload Gift: 30% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳3,000, 15x wagering requirement, minimum deposit ৳100.
• vp Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on slot game deposits once per day, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering requirement, minimum deposit ৳100.
• vp Cricket Season Bonus: 40% bonus on cricket betting once per weekend, up to ৳4,000, 18x wagering requirement, minimum deposit ৳100.
• vp Birthday Special Reward: A reward of up to ৳1,500 will be added automatically once per year on your registered birthday, 10x wagering requirement.
• vp Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳2,000 reward after each successfully referred friend makes their first deposit, 12x wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, placing bets with bots, or using coordinated group strategies — is prohibited. In such cases, the relevant bonus and any winnings from that bonus may be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vp platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for illegal or criminal purposes.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation, or placing bets using related information.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets.
• Hacking, phishing or attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or misusing another user's account information.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Exploiting loopholes in platform offers to abuse bonuses.

7 Betting and Game Policy

All bets on vp are considered final and generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, vp reserves the right to cancel or suspend a bet in the following situations:

• Incorrect odds or game data are displayed due to a technical error.
• A sports event is cancelled or postponed.
• Clear manipulation or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• The result of a live game cannot be confirmed due to a network disconnection.

7.1 Sports Betting

The odds published by vp apply to bets placed on cricket, football and other sports events. Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds shown at the time of confirming a bet are final.

7.2 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games in the vp casino are operated on third-party software providers' platforms. These games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which determines results entirely at random.

7.3 Jackpots and Large Wins

For significant win amounts, vp may process the withdrawal only after identity verification is completed. This is part of our security and fraud prevention measures.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

vp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8.1 Closure by vp

An account may be closed in the following cases: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; false identity; failure to pass age verification; orders from a court or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If you wish to self-exclude due to a gambling problem, detailed guidance on this is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

8.3 Final Balance

If there are legitimate funds in the account at the time of closure and no breach of Terms has occurred, those funds will be returned to the registered mobile wallet. In cases of Terms breach, any bonuses earned and winnings from bonuses may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

vp makes every effort to provide its platform without interruption, but is not fully liable for technical issues, internet disconnections or the temporary unavailability of third-party services.

vp does not bear responsibility if a bet or game is incomplete due to issues with the user's own device, internet connection or software. However, if a technical error occurs within vp's own systems and can be verified, an appropriate resolution will be sought.

Gambling can result in financial loss. vp is not liable for financial losses arising from a user's bets. We strongly advise all users to bet responsibly and within their own means.

10 Changes to Terms and Contact

vp may change these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via the contact details registered with their account.
